These boards are meticulously, individually hand made of selected hardwoods. Maple, Cherry and Walnut are used in various combinations to give you a beautiful and useful kitchen accessory.
The cutting mechanism is made up of a Stainless Steel arm, cutting wire and handle. We provide an extra cutting wire in the event of an accident requireing replacement.
These Cheese Slicing boards are finished by giving them a "bath" in FDA approved Food Grade mineral oil, followed by a coating of a proprietary blend of this mineral oil and bees wax.
